| The equipment, generally called high voltage Switchgear , is used for the voltage circuits more than 1 kV voltage to connect or disconnect circuits, mainly used in the control and protection of power systems (including power plants, substations, transmission and distribution lines, industrial and mining enterprises and other users),.both actions under the Power Grid will be required for the operation of electrical equipment or line inputs or decommissioning, but also in the power lines or equipment failure fault of the rapid removal from the power grid, thus ensuring network trouble-free part of the normal operation and equipment, operation maintenance staff safety. Therefore, the high-voltage switchgear equipment is a very important equipment of transmission and distribution. Therefore the safety and reliability of its operations have great affects on the safety and efficiency of power system operation. In this paper, a testing system of mechanical performances of a new high-voltage circuit breaker is developed.(1) The testing system of mechanical performances of the high-voltage circuit breaker is introduced, it is the foundation of for the system design .(2) Based on the analysis of the system requirements the system scheme is determined. Then the modular design and implementation of network communications are mainly discussed, specially the Message Queue mechanism to guarantee robust communications is clearly shown.(3)A phase shift algorithm and its realizable approximation algorithm which is used in the testing products are proposed, these algorithms are used to generate curve-fitting to achieve more precise mechanical performance of a high voltage switch breaker..Finally, the realization of the system is discussed . Testing results show that: the communications module can provide efficient data transmission, the system can effectively manage test data and provides a convenient and effective detecting means of voltage Switchgears . |
