The disc brush mechanism's performance directly determines the use value of a sweeper as a cleaning execution part.The direction and position of the waste being ejected depends on the direction and speed of the spot of the brush brush.It depends on the rotation speed of the disk brush and the synthesis of the speed of the whole vehicle.When one of the two changes,it will cause the change of the direction and speed of the ejection.Another problem is that the higher the speed of disc brush,the faster the wear and tear,the greater the cost of use and maintenance and replacement.Therefore,it is an effective way to improve the performance of a sweeper and prolong the cycle of wear parts.In recent years,many scientific and technological personnel at home and abroad have done a lot of research work on the composition and design principles of sweepers.But so far,few have specifically studied the part of the disc brush mechanism,especially the analysis of disc brush rotational speed and cylinder lifting pressure.Based on the method of qualitative analysis,this paper analyzes the rotational speed control of the disc brush and the cylinder lifting pressure under the working conditions of a single-engine sweeper,in order to realize the rotating speed of the disc brush changing with the change of working speed.So that the disc brush can throw the waste into the front of the suction nozzle when a sweeper is working at different speed.Firstly,the disc brush mechanism of a sweeper is introduced.The structure,function requirements,working principle,trajectories and calculation of the load power during the movement of the disc brush mechanism are introduced.The cleaning performance of the disc brush mechanism is analyzed,and the relationship between the grounding direction and the dust throwing direction,the pressure and the influence of the disc brush rotational speed and sweeping speed on the grounding point speed are both explained.It can be concluded that the disc brush rotational speed and sweeping speed are the most important factors affecting the sweeping effect.Aming to pave the way for the following research on the control of the rotational speed.Secondly,it is analyzed that the hydraulic control system of disc brush mechanism under working conditions.According to the requirements of energy-saving economy,the drive scheme of a sweeper is determined,therefore,the disc brush mechanism is driven by hydraulic pressure,and designed a disc brush speed hydraulic control system scheme with changes in sweeping speed.Again,according to the hydraulic control system,a PLC intelligent control system for disc brush rotational speed is analyed.The hardware and software system of the PLC control system are designed,and explains the working principle.The high-speed counter is used for control,and the accuracy and accuracy are greatly improved.Finally,the lifting pressure of a disc brush cylinder is calculated.The static analysis of a disk brush mechanism is performed in theory,and the formula for calculating the lifting pressure of the cylinder is obtained.The corresponding lifting pressure can be obtained from the rotational speed of a disc brush,the minimum lifting pressure of the disc brush cylinder at a low rotation speed or when the operation is stopped can be obtained.A three-dimensional model of a disc brush mechanism to lift the cylinder are designed by Pro-e drawing software.
