In our country, there are a lot of two-way arch bridge, Especially many two-way arch bridges in early time have been led a great deal of varying degree plant disease , owing to structural insufficient soundness , designings not been able to achieve the code requirement , as well as construction quality not good enough , in particular then emphasizing the great span, saving the materials one-sided .In addition , a lot of two - way arch bridge have been led bridge structure brought distortion, craze, bearing capacity depress, even became proper endo, because of ranning short of necessary curing , service, repair ,in long term transport operation tiong. So, technological transfromation to two - way arch bridge has bcame urgently awaits question which is solved. in previous highway bridge construct .This article took hou ba chong bridge as the research background. On the foundation of consulting massive literature material ,it elaborated the present situation of reinforcement research, the reinforcement method and the reinforcement principle.It simultaneously carry on the contrast to each reinforcement method, and obtains good reinforcement effect for increasment the section reinforcement.Then it analyzed method characteristic of increased the section reinforcement and the reinforcement principle of design, and introduced separately the domestic several standards regarding the supporting capacity computational method of reinforced concrete eccentric compression component about the method of sections reinforcement .Then,it take the reinforced concrete eccentric compression as the example, using general finite element procedure, and the suitable computation hypothesis, establish component full-scale model.It analysised the structure stress performance, the stress and bearing capacity increased around the method of sections reinforcement to the double-curvature arch bridge , and made the detailed elaboration to its reinforcement mechanism.Finally, in the summary to its design stipulation,it made requests about the reinforcement calculates and constructs.It takes some solid bridge as the example, reinforcing the reinforcement effect of the method through the entire bridge model computation .This article achievement may be the supply the similar highway bridge reinforcement design calculation reference.
