Along with the continuously increase of the automobile retention , the pollution of the environment and the shortage of petroleum resources were increasingly serious.Because of green environment protection and efficiently utilize energy, the electric vehicle (EV) was paid more attention by all over the world. Electric power's drive technique was one of three key techniques which restricted the development of EV, so the studying of the motor drive control system of EV has important significance.Aiming at choice and power match of EV's motor by this paper, permanence magnet DC motor is adopted through the analysis of EV's motor and control techniques, the matching between motor's power characteristic and EV's drive performance was studied based on that; The control strategy of motor's current closed loop was adopted by this paper, through the analysis of permanence magnet DC motor work characteristic and through the comparison of motor drive control method, mathematics model of the electric motor drive control system was established d on that, and the system is steady and can be controlled; The design of motor drive controller was studied by this paper, the design of hardware mainly contained: the total design project of hardware based on the LPC2119, the design of main control loop, motor current feedback circuit, the electronics accelerator pedal and LPC2119 minimum system. the design of software included: increment PI control algorithm, PWM output procedure, main procedure process, interrupt procedure process. Considering the EV's test bed and the relative requirement about China's criterion of EV's motor and controller test, the test project of motor drive control system was introduced by this paper.
