The Research On The Management Of Building Energy Efficiency In Shanghai

The building energy consumes more with the development of economy and level of people'sliving standard. The building energy efficiency becomes the key of decreasing the energyconsumption and protecting the environment. Shanghai is the door of China's Opening to theOutside World,, the economic center of China and the World, and also an international metropolis.Shanghai will hold World Expo in 2010. Therefore it has to be stricter for energy supply andenvironment protection of Shanghai. This paper studied the management of Shanghai's buildingenergyand gave the method of developing Shanghai's building energy.First this paper introduced the situation of Shanghai's building energy, including theachievement, the potential, the purpose and the important sense of Shanghai's building efficiency.Then according the characteristic of Shanghai's building energy consumption, this paper analysesthe situation of Shanghai's energy consumption and methods of building efficiency from threeaspects. These aspects are energy consumption of air-condition, lighting and hot-water. At last thispaper analyses the guarantee measures of achieving the building energy efficiency purpose inEleventh Five-Year Plan from political regulation system, energy efficiency standard system,supervision system, technique system, education system and inspirit system. This paper providesproblems and methods of achieving purpose, and also gives advice to disadvantages of Shanghai'sbuilding energy.Through studying the building efficiency management of Shanghai, this paper gives thegeneral method of building efficiency management in the area which is hot in summer and cold inwinter. According to the analysis of the situation of building efficiencyin the city, it can realize thepotential and purpose of building efficiency of the city, and forecast the requirement of buildingenergy consumption. Then it analyses the composing and feature of building energy consumption,especially of air-condition, hot-water and lighting. At last according to the results of the analysis,make out the guarantee measures of achieving aim.
