And the government work report of 2015 also highlighted: in order to achieve the low emissions of CO2, SO2 and other pollutants and zero consumption of coal, promote the use of new energy, and the building energy conservation and environmental protection industry become a new pillar industry. While statistical method about energy consumption is the key to improve the building energy conservation and to realize the low carbon environmental protection society. But the current situation of our country is: energy consumption data is not comprehensive, statistical method is not unified, so the lack of historical data to reflect energy consumption, there is no direction and focus to implement regional energy conservation target and policy. Therefore a more scientific and reasonable method is necessary to statistics the energy consumption of Shandong region. To reduce the energy consumption of the total energy consumption based on the lowed energy consumption.According to the analysis of the background, this paper first compares the research on relevant methods of building energy consumption, according to the shortcomings of the current research to determine the direction and the research framework of the paper; Basic theory part is mainly about the concept of building energy consumption and statistical categories, Compared to the existing three kinds of energy consumption statistical method, and in view of the deficiency, the way of energy calculation, energy assessment and energy intensity was further modified, to ensure that the calculation model can truly suitable for Shandong area; Secondly, according to the released official data of Shandong Province, various energy consumption on the heating energy consumption and the other part were calculated, further analysis is made from the energy structure and the total energy consumption, points out the future direction of energy saving; Then the further building energy consumption in Shandong province are predicted, analyzed the influence factors of energy consumption and energy saving potential in Shandong area, and points out that only at less than 2.3% of the annual average growth level to accord with energy development strategy; Finally, to pursue the high standards of living environment and the lower energy consumption as the target of energy saving goal, and it should conform to the life style of residents and the way of energy usage, from laws, system, technology and market to strengthen the work, namely through the promotion of energy-saving technology, contract energy system and other means to relieve the pressure of energy and environment. |
