The high speed railway has become the main trend of the railroad development in the world,To a certain extent, it reflects the level of technique and the economic strength of the nation. In the course of construction of the superhighway,the circuit of viaduct accounts for half or more in the total mileage. The viaduct apply mainly a form of structure of the whole trunk beam. It has obvious advantage for the complicated scene of construction to apply the construct technology of whole cast-in-place. Therefore,The bridge-craft of high speed railway become a important constructional equipment for the building of high speed railway.This thesis carries on the dead load tests of the Movable Mould Frame of PDMX32 Bridge-craft under the simulation conditions of construction, according to the characteristic of force and working. The test measures mainly the static strain and deflection of each primary structure of the bridge-craft in the standard design load function. On the base of the analysis and research of the results, we determine the bearing capacity of the bridge-craft, and supply the important reference for explaining its security.Because of the complexity of the Movable Mould Frame of PDMX32 Bridge-craft, this thesis also carried on the analysis of simulation to the bridge-craft in the foundation of dead load tests. We do the static analysis of the intensity and rigidity under the typical constructional status by using the tool of large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS. We confirm the security of the bridge-craft by using method of theoretical analysis.The thesis analyse the structure of the Movable Mould Frame of PDMX32 Bridge-craft by two different methods of test and theoretical analysis. It can supply the valuable reference for examining the security of bearing and using material reasonably of the bridge-craft, and offer with theoretical reference for amelioration of design and optimization of structure.
