Bridge crane is intermittent, repetitive operation way, through the vertical and horizontal movement of the load-bearing hook, to implement the load moving in three-dimensional space, finish the homework such as lifting,handling assembling and disassembling of machinery and equipment, widely used in indoor and outdoor plant, workshop, and in the process of the production process. Due to the frequent lifting heavy weights and repeated starting, braking and speed adjustment, in the process, each operation of the machine and metal structure will inevitably bear larger dynamic load effect. In order to improve the operational reliability and durability, it must be the dynamics characteristics of the machine work and the resulting dynamic load were studied.This topic to full weight 50/10 t, span 28 m double beam bridge crane as the research object. First of all, based on SolidWorks software for bridge machine machine key components modeling and virtual assembly, the static and dynamic interference check to verify the rationality of the model with ANSYS Workbench will establish a seamless connection between the bridge frame model import, from structural statics, modal, buckling stability, three sides facing the research and analysis. Secondly, based on mechanical dynamics method for bridge respectively machine hoisting, trolley, cart three braking operation and its mechanical model is set up, various working conditions were calculated in the process of displacement, force and the time-dependent equations of motion of the expression. Finally, based on the ADAMS software to virtual assembly of bridge machine machine, create a bridge- the car frame-wire rope- weight- steel support- the ground of the coupled model, and on the validation of the model, using two methods of flexible body modeling and comparison, the wire rope finished bridge machine in three separate operations run institutions and dynamic simulation and analysis of the joint operation, in order to determine the dynamics of the bridge machine operations performance conforms to the actual usage, the design of the whole structure and performancestudy have certain reference function.
