Study On Sustainable Renovation Of Existing Office Building In Our Country

Sustainable renovation of existing office building in our country can infuses new vigor into it, can save large amount of construction fund, can decreasing resource waste and improve ecological environment in maximum, and enrich urban historical culture. The research of sustainable renovation of existing office building can promote and guide practice, so the research has positive and profound meaning to the ongoing construction cause in our country. Sustainable renovation of existing office building is the work and the responsibility of architects, and it is the research purpose of this paper to play an important enlightening role to architects who control sustainable renovation of existing office building.At first, three types of renovation related to sustainable renovation are described, and, on the basis, the principle and the strategy of sustainable renovation are described. Then, aiming at the existing office building in our country, the spatial pattern, the problem in existence and the development trend are discussed, the necessity of sustainable renovation is made clear, and then the index system and route for sustainable renovation are put forward. And then, sustainable renovation of existing office building is expounded particularly from three aspects: resource utilization, spatial environment and operation management. Then, two examples are analyzed, which further demonstrate the viewpoint of the paper. Eventually, guiding significance of sustainable renovation of existing office building is pointed out and promoting factors of sustainable renovation are analyzed.
