| With the development of domestic green buildings under the requirements of highquality in recent years,the context of consumption upgrades and green environmental protection,the improvement of indoor environmental quality has become an important link of common concern for the industry and the public.Nowadays,not only the energysaving level is constantly advancing to high standards and high requirements,peopleoriented,performance and quality improvement have also become a new model of green building development.In addition,under the target requirements of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,how to efficiently improve the effect of the built environment and improve the environmental quality is of great practical significance.In the existing building renovation projects in areas with hot summers and cold winters,reasonable renovation plans need to be adopted to obtain greater benefits.First,it introduces the background of energy consumption,summarizes the development status of green buildings in recent years,proves the inevitable trend of green renovation of existing buildings,and describes in detail the methods and research results of renovation of existing buildings at home and abroad.Successful existing building renovation projects at home and abroad have analyzed technical methods that are worth learning from.For example,improving the enclosure system to improve thermal performance,optimizing the HVAC system,and maximizing the use of solar energy,etc.Some scholars have coupled the method to research,contributed more experimental data and simulation research,which greatly enriched the scientific transformation technical means.Based on the research object of the Qi Men branch of the People’s Bank of China,combined with the geographical location,natural conditions of Qi Men County and the special requirements of office buildings such as banks,this paper uses simulation software to simulate and analyze the ventilation environment,light environment,and sound environment.Ventilation,light,and sound are used as the simulation objects because they are not only the effect factors of the building environment but also the six elements of the indoor health environmental evaluation index,which are in line with the important factors for the improvement of indoor environmental quality.Use software Vent 2018 to simulate and analyze outdoor wind environment and indoor natural ventilation.Based on the wind speed cloud diagram and wind pressure diagram in the transition season,winter and summer,the basic conditions of the outdoor windless area and vortex area of the building are judged,and based on the outdoor wind environment,the second floor of the building is modeled,and the changes of the envelope structure before and after the transformation are compared.Influencing the indoor wind speed cloud chart,wind speed vector diagram,air age cloud chart and the number of air changes,it is concluded that the wind speed at the pedestrian height of the outdoor wind environment after the project transformation is below 5 m/s,the pressure difference on each surface is also less than 5 Pa,and there is no vortex.In areas and air-free areas,the ratio of indoor main functional rooms more than twice per hour also reached 99.51%,outdoor wind environment and indoor natural ventilation have reached the standard level,and the area of the windward opening of the window is positively correlated with the effect of natural ventilation.DALI simulates and analyzes the natural lighting on the second floor of the building.Under the premise that the control lighting conditions are consistent,compare the natural lighting coefficient distribution cloud map and the natural lighting compliance rate through the transformation of the external window structure before and after the transformation,and the ratio of the window to wall ratio before and after the transformation and the glass modification affect the indoor natural lighting effect compliance area ratio Increased from 84% to 92%.SEDU simulates and analyze the acoustic environment.Set up noise parameters based on the actual situation around the project,simulate the acoustic environment around the building,and obtain the boundary conditions for calculating the actual indoor day and night noise value through the simulation of the acoustic environment around the building and the plane noise value of the site.Through the calculation of the room sound absorption and the sound insulation of the composite wall,the effective sound insulation is finally determined,and the maximum noise value of day and night is subtracted from the sound insulation,and then the final noise level is obtained by superimposing and correcting each frequency.Comparing the noise level affected by the modification of the exterior window structure before and after the renovation,it can be seen the impact of the exterior window renovation on the indoor noise isolation.Figure【42】 Table【27】 Reference【79】... |
