Research On The Evaluation And Landscape Of Urban Waterfronts

As the significant natural resource of city exploitation,urban waterfront shows its high value in improving city environments and enriching the local style and features. The particular status of urban waterfront is drawing the attention of many people. The development and construction of urban waterfront space not only brings the opportunity for urban society and economy but also offers the opportunity for urban characteristic styles and image. Today high-speed development of the urban construction,urban waterfront space,with its good urban image,pleasant habitant environmentology,enormous economic value,superior construction land,fragile eco-environment,become one of the most sensitive problems in urban planning studies.Although the urban waterfront landscape have developed more and more fast, but actually the urban waterfront landscape evaluation was later than its development. In our country, there does not have a appraisal system that suit in our country's urban waterfront landscape, therefore the paper devotes in establishing a set of urban waterfront landscape appraisal system that can evaluate of the urban waterfront landscape, discover the deficiency and supervise the construction of urban waterfront landscape.First, the paper has confined to the urban waterfront landscape 's related concept that people have the deeper level understanding to it. Based on this propose three theories for urban waterfront landscape, namely esthetics, appraisal study, environmental psychology. The three theories are not the isolated existence, but are the mutual connection, seep mutually. Have the rationale support to cause the appraisal factor the extraction to be more scientific and accurately.Second, we extract the landscape factor,the social factor and the ecology factor in the esthetics, appraisal study and the environmental psychology rationale .We have the 32 evaluation factors in the system and using the analytic hierarchy process to establish the urban waterfront landscape hierarchical structure. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the multistage fuzzy comprehensive judgment's union, we find one new mathematical model that can carry on the qualitative appraisal and the quantitative evaluation to the urban waterfront landscape. The evaluation factor and the mathematical model have established a set of complete urban waterfront landscape appraisal system. Finally, we select the Haihe landscape to take the example, and use the urban waterfront landscape appraisal system to carries on the synthetic evaluation. For the particularity of Haihe landscape, we filtrate and supply the appraisal factor which obtain from the earlier round. we expect that the appraisal factor to have more pertinence, the evaluation results are more objective and reality. Inputting the appraisal factor to the mathematical model, we get the result of Haihe landscape is quite satisfaction. This indicates that the Haihe landscape development and rebuiltting are more successful, but the ecological factor obviously have insufficient. The factor needs to meet people's demand and the result has provided a guidance opinion for its later construction.
