Study On Theory And Method For Environmental Quality Assessment Of The Peculiar Eco-residence

In recent years,with the rapid development of urban eco-residence,the study on the evalution system of the eco-residence is carried out in a deep-going way.But,most study is focused on the normal residential community,which is small-scaled and simple.Based on this,it is necessary for us to study the evalution system of the peculiar eco-residence which is large-scaled and complex.For example,one peculiar eco-residence is usually includes the working area,the living area ,the training area and the entertainment area.Building up the framework of basic theoretic system on the peculiar eco-residence initially. We begin with the research of continuable development theory, urban ecology theory and environmental psychology theory, and analyze their basic subjects, basic principles, and their utilizing in the ecology barracks area construction. Based on this, we take the peculiar requirement as the main aim with the conception of the peculiar eco-residence to analyze the connotation, characteristics and structure of peculiar eco-residence, and provide a new peculiar eco-residence construction standard.Paper has established peculiar eco-residence evalution feasible programs and has built an analytic hierarchy model including three levels of aim,rule and element. Based on laws and rules of country; we concisely, scientifically, completely and systematically choose the index which can reflect the peculiar eco-residence's construction and the management level. Meantime we use the Delphi and AHP to confirm the weighted coefficient of each index, and initially discuss the value and standard of grade of each index.
