Industrialized residence adopts the construction method of factory production and assembly construction,which has the natural advantages of stable quality,energy saving and environmental protection.With the development of residence industry modernization in China,the industrialization of residence will become the main form of residential construction in our country.Quality improvement is necessary for the healthy development of construction.Quality evaluation is the foundation of quality improvement.In order to further promote the quality of residential building,strengthening the research of quality evaluation and quality improvement in the field of industrialization of residential construction is of great significance.At present,the main structural form of industrialized residence in china is monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure.This thesis focuses on this kind of structure form of housing,the construction quality evaluation and quality improvement of the structure under study.At first,this thesis adopts the method of comparative analysis.From the perspective of construction process,the similarities and differences between precast shear wall structure residential buildings and all cast-in-place shear wall structure residential buildings are analyzed.It sums up the industrialization of residential construction in 12 typical characteristics.Through literature research and field research on the construction site,the thesis sums up the structure of the industrialization of residential construction quality problems of the main types and expression form.Based on literature research,construction standard and quality problem research,on the basis of 7 principles of establishing evaluation index system of construction quality,industrialization of residential structure evaluation index system of construction quality has been gradually established.With the discussion of 15 experts,the thesis determines the construction quality evaluation index system,which takes the construction quality of the industrialized residence structure as the target layer,including 5 first grade indexes and 32 second grade indexes.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),determines the final index weight,establishes industrialization of residential construction quality evaluation model of structure,and comprehensively evaluate the structural construction quality of the Baiziwan Public Housing project in Chaoyang District.The quality status of the construction quality and the quality of the indexes at all levels are clarified.Based on the results of the application of the evaluation model,the difficulty coefficient of quality improvement is introduced,and the construction quality improvement calculation model is established by combining the contribution degree(weight)of the index to the overall quality(weight).The order of the improvement sequence is carried out for all second grade indexes of the construction quality evaluation index system,and the successively sequence of the improvement is clearly defined.Quality improvement adhered to goal orientation,and the number of improved indicators is determined according to quantified quality objectives.Through the standardized quality improvement process,the goal of quality improvement has been achieved.This thesis combines construction quality evaluation with quality improvement.Through the application of quality evaluation model,the present situation of construction quality is clarified and the foundation is laid for quality improvement.According to the improvement target of construction quality and the application of construction quality improvement model,the effective improvement of engineering quality is realized.The application of this research results will help the construction enterprises to make a dynamic and scientific evaluation of the quality management of the industrialized housing.Based on the results of the evaluation,the quality improvement is implemented and the market competitiveness of the enterprises is improved.It is beneficial to the government management department to comprehensively evaluate the quality of the construction quality of the industrial housing in the local area and obtain the basic data.According to the formulation of development policies and control measures to ensure the healthy development of housing industry.
