Research On Settlement Of Reservoir Immigrants In Hunan Province

The immigration issue has become difficult in today's world, especially in the realm of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering, and has become a hot research in order to solve immigration problem hydropower project. In the study of migration, resettlement of the study is of great theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, the relationship between hydropower project and migration, water conservancy and hydropower project in Hunan Province resettlement issues, river-flooded reservoir to define the scope of the reservoir resettlement have been studied, respectively.In the deal with Submerged water conservancy and hydropower on the basis of the design specifications for the characteristics of the reservoir-bed, water conservancy and hydropower project on the river bed of the reservoir submerged-range impact of flood flow is the flow of small floods. Raised-bed of the reservoir submerged the affected area is several different conditions unfavorable combination of flood flow of small to determine.In the resettlement policy and regulations aspects, through combining the analysis about resettlement problems, which was made by Hunan Province in different periods, and resettlement practice experience from some small reservoirs, this paper offers a long-term in-kind compensation for the resettlement of migrants, which not only broken the tradition of land-based resettlement, but also has been verified by policy and theory.The reservoir-flooded river bed to determine the scope and method of resettlement of long-term compensation, have been used to deal with reservoir resettlement currently in Hunan Province, several of the reservoir submerged in the operation to determine the scope of reasonable, reliable and stability of the reservoir.
