The snow-removing machine in our country is mostly a modification from truck,bulldozer and construction machine, etc. Just in the winter the snow-removingmachine carrys on snow removing works, mosr of time it does these works, such assprinkling water, cleaning up and various pavement maintenance and so on. Installingon the same chassis with different features to adapt to different operationalrequirements can greatly improve the efficiency of the power machinery. Powerallocation of different snow removing equipment is one of the problem ,which isneeded to be resolved.Multi-functional snow plough which this paper studies is the modification ofZL50 loader. The main cleaning snow method is rotary cutting. This paper mainlystudies hydraulic control system of snow plough,and the main fuction is to realizepower allocation of oil pump of snow plough. Controling flow and pressure areadopted to realize the power allocation. The element of flow distribution is gear flowdivider, and the element of control pressure is hydraulic transformer.Hydraulic controlsystem is the refinement of the existing syetem and it is an easy way to improve theperformance of the multi-functional snow plough and the efficiency of the desnowingworks. In our daily life,it is significant to do research and prompt the multi-functionalsnow plough.Gear flow divider is composed of gear groups of coaxial rigid connection. Thispaper determins the displacement in accordance with the structural characteristics ofgear flow divider, and analyzs its characteristics of flow distribution. Establishing thesimulation model by using hydraulic simulation software. The results shows that theflow gear divider does a good job about the distribution. This paper dose a research onthe movement of the plunger of hydraulic transformer, analyzes the displacement ofeach slot and transformation ratio of hydraulic transformer. Pressure control can beachieved through the changes of the angle of port plate. Then the relevant parametersin accordance with the requirements of the hydraulic control system is determined and calculated. The analysis of power distribution of the whole system shows that powerdistribution is reasonable and can meet the operational requirements.The work is as follow:(1)The function,composition,parameters and operational requirements ofhydraulic control system is expatiated. A comparing analysis on the existing powerdistribution program of hydraulic control system,a new system is designed to realizethe power distribution.(2)Displacement of gear groups is determined through structural analysis of thecharacteristics and working principle. Characteristics of flow distribution is analyzedby use of hydraulic simulation software.(3)Each slot displacement formula is derived by researching on the movement ofthe plunger of hydraulic transformer. And the transformation ratio of hydraulictransformer is derived by use of energy conservation law. Establishing cooperationsimulation model and simulation the features, During the simulation,MATLAB/simulink S-function is used to realise the slot control and the characteristicsis analyzed. The results show the prewwure can be controlled by changing the angle.(4)Mathematical model of hydraulic control system of snow plough can bebuilded. The various parameters of system are calculated and determined. Powerdistribution of hydraulic control system and the speed, torque, flow and pressure ofmotor are analyzed by means of physics simulation model system.(5)Power distribution is more reasonable by optimizing the parameters ofhydraulic control system of multi-function snow plough. The total power consumptionof engine is minimum,which at the same time meets the operating requirements.(6) Finally, this paper summarizes the full text of articles and prospects the futurework.
