E-Bikes industry last 10 years of rapid development, providing people with a lightweight, energy-saving and environment-friendly means of transport. As the E-Bikes industry, improve the design speed and reduce the design costs, optimize the design of the structure and design parameters, and rapid completion of the design and manufacture of E-Bikes, etc. that enterprises can reduce design costs and improve design efficiency and reliability, shorten product delivery cycle. Access to the market recognized great role in promoting. Usually designed for E-Bikes are used in empirical design, very little in the beginning of the design of E-Bikes on the ergonomics relationship, structural properties of a comprehensive consideration. And, E-Bikes model cover the manufacture speed and accuracy to a large extent depend on the rapid prototyping warpage of the size. Therefore, this paper, the ergonomics analysis, structural optimization, E-Bike model coverage of rapid manufacturing and improve the accuracy of the following three areas were studied and carried out against a new application, achieved good results.In this paper, the optimal design and rapid manufacturing of E-Bikes have been studied in CATIA, including the following: (1) analysis of the various components of the E-Bikes size of the relationship between body size and structure size was improved through the establishment of the CATIA China's human characteristics of the human model to study the human body posture and optimization, to improve the E-Bikes more suitable for the target population size of the human characteristics and habits of action ;(2) the frame structure of the finite element analysis has been carried out in CATIA, and the structural optimization and lightweight design, the frame structure of the modal analysis, and the resonance caused by external incentives speed was discussed, thus proving that the frame structure in the normal speed of traffic within the scope of a smooth;(3) from the perspective of the geometric shape and perspective to the relationship between SLS rapid prototyping approach warpage of the mechanism of an in-depth analysis, summed up the warp distortion formula;(4) Warpage of the formula adopted from the scan found a way to improve the accuracy of the rapid prototyping method, a new way of scanning, and adopted the test verification, the E-bike hood to cover the manufacture of an example of the former.
