Research On Rapid Modeling Technology Of Airplane Parts Based On MBD

As the network information technology,computer technology in aircraft design manufacturing of promotion,MBD technology as the core of the development model has become the inevitable trend of product design and manufacturing.Aiming high reuse rate of typical aircraft parts to carry out technical studies on MBD rapid modeling of aircraft parts.The technology is on the CAA-RADE and Visual Studio 2005 to build an environment of CATIA secondary development platform for rapid establishment and MBD model creation and management of libraries MBD model program by the CAA,the initial realization MBD model on this basis reuse.This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the aircraft's overall structure and typical components,and spar,sheet metal parts,such as profiles,for example,elaborated on aircraft parts parametric modeling process,the aircraft parts model has been established by the tagging technology to complete three-dimensional model of expression annotation information,property information and other non-geometric information,to achieve the establishment of aircraft parts MBD model;secondly finished creating aircraft parts MBD Model Base Management System,the development of models to add,delete,and modify management functions,an effective solution to store and preview issue model data,to achieve the data communication system and the local server;on this basis,developed a variant design functional model,the parameter,adding relations and the super copy function initially realized the model reuse;and finally the creation of an integrated model of MBD,MBD model library,variant design three modules,complete aircraft parts based MBD rapid prototyping system structures,and examples demonstrate the functionality of the system.This article has some improvements and innovations based on MBD rapid prototyping technology,the model variant library technology and design techniques to further research in the future have a certain significance.MBD rapid realization of aircraft parts based modeling system,to shorten the product development cycle,improve design efficiency,to improve the level and capacity-building of national defense aircraft industry is of great significance.
