The application of servo system is more and more widely in fields such as industrial control, so people want servo system with more powerful function and lower price. With the discovery of new Permanent magnet material and development in manufacturing Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM), the digital AC Permanent Magnet Synchronous servo system,which is based on digital signal processing,use PMSM as executing device and adopts high-powered control strategy,has received more and more concerns.As a result,the PMSM control system must be an inevitable development trend and the focus in the future.This paper is based on PMSM vector control , and does some research on the PMSM control system. Including:The structure of PMSM is studied deeply.The mathematic models in three type reference frame are set up according to the irrelationship,which contribute to choosing control strategy.The decoupling controller of current loop is designed based on the internal model control, and the controller has only one adjustable parameter and design procedure is very simple. According to the relationship of the angle of the maximum torque and the q axis,the reluctance torque for salient PMSM is made full use of and the sator current amplitude is reduced by a large percentage, so that the system robustness is greatly increased.At the speed loop,this paper presents a single value model algorithmic control strategy which is the simplied form of normal model algorithmic control and has less computation work than the later,so the real-time performance is very good. In this paper,SVPWM is deduced and discussed thoroughly.The simulation of whole control system is done by Matlab/Simulink.In order to consolidate the understanding of vector control, simulation is done by iPWM first, and then the realization of SVPWM is presented. The model of the whole system is constructed based on iPWM and SVPWM respectively. The simulation results of torque, speed, current and voltage of stator are acquired,which show the correction and feasibility of the design.
