With the development of power electronics, microprocessor and control theory,AC servo systems have been widely used in industrial control and home electric fields,and then there are needed more high control performance of the servo system. As the permanent magnet synchronous motor has the benefits ,such as a simple structure, small size, high efficiency, wide speed range, and good dynamic and static characteristics, there are a development trend that the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system takes digital signal processor for the control of the core and high-performance control strategy to get high - precision and high-performance.This essay firstly describes the principle of vector control and control strategies, and establishes the implementation of three closed-loop permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system which is based on id=0 rotor field-oriented control method and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technique. Also, the system simulation model was built by using Matlab/Simulink, and using PI control verified the simulation, the result proved the feasibility of the implementation but the positioning accuracy is unsatisfactory.Then, for the problem of large location overshoot , directed towards the non-linear and time-variability of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system, the parameters self-tuning fuzzy-PI control was proposed. For servo system's position loop, the traditional PI control and parameter self-tuning fuzzy-PI control methods are used for simulation respectively and the results were compared and analyzed. The results shows that compare with using the traditional PI-control method, using the parameters self-tuning fuzzy-PI control method on position servo system provides small location overshoot and strong ability of anti-load disturbance. Parameters self-tuning fuzzy-PI control method can almost satisfy the high performance requirement of position servo system.Finally, the hardware circuit of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is designed based on TMS320F2812 DSP, and the software of the servo system is developed in CCS. By debugging system based on the hardware platform, experiment results demonstrate the feasibility of the system.
