Research On The Design Guideline Of Outdoor Space Of Residential District Based On The Affection Elements Of Health Of Society Environment

Nowadays, by the effects of high-speed growth in economic and urbanization in our country, the centralization and diversification structure of population in town bring rapid change to the society. With cosmically policy by pushing over and reconstructing on town's dilation and renewal at present, we neglect residents' requirements in many problems, such as social behavior, psychology and the relationship with space environment, which brings many social problems in habitation, such as such as the lost of safety, isolation from each other, nervousness and depress. With the development of society, there has brought forward a series of new proposition about the habitation of outdoor space environment and social psychological aspect with the transformation of people's lifestyle. Today, to build a harmony society is our main target. So it's very important to pay more attention to the residential district's social environment, outdoors space environment and the relationship between them. In order to satisfy residents' need on social psychology and to build a healthy and active life style, we need to lead their development to a healthy direction to solve a series of social problems.Based on the physical space and social problems in residential district with the rapid urbanization and social transformation, the dissertation uses many subjects' theories and social investigated information to study residential district's outdoor space, social environment and the relationship between them. Then it discusses the methods, which is based on the requirements of affection elements of health of social environment, to design outdoor space environment of residential district. Finally, this dissertation tries to find a guide-line of design in residential district. It also analyses and discusses how to build a high quality of residential outdoor space environment based on the health of social environment. Based on the solution of satisfying the requirement of physical elements of residential district's outdoor space, the purpose of the guild-line is to improve the construction quality of health of social environment and to gain a mutual development in physical and social environment. With the research, we also hope to improve the residential life quality in our country, and build a comfortable and healthy residential life environment.
