In recent years, with the development of the city, the population increase, the number of housing in the city is also increasing, the height is also more and more high, and even the emergence of many high-rise residential. The wind environment problems attendant also come one after another. A comfortable and safe wind environment has attracted more and more attention.This paper first introduces the basic principle and method of support of this thesis carried out, that is related to the principle of wind environment simulation method and CFD software are introduced. And then it sums up the evaluation system based on the sum of the wind environment of Chinese and foreign application evaluation of wind environment outdoor living area standard for high in hot summer and cold winter area. Thirdly, through the analysis of numerical simulation that the concrete influence the change of a series of factors of wind environment, and on the basis of optimization strategy proposed a series of wind environment. Finally, the outdoor wind environment of residential typical examples of Hangzhou harbor home made simulation analysis and optimization design of.In this paper, using the CFD simulation as a prerequisite and support evaluation and optimization design of wind environment, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, makes a more subjective evaluation and optimization design is more scientific and objective. And, in this paper, the high-rise in hot summer and cold winter area for evaluation method and optimization strategy of outdoor wind environment for analysis and integration, in practice has more meaning and maneuverability.
