Ergonomics, the study of human and other components of a reciprocal relationship, is designed to optimize the relationship between system efficiency and human and health happiness with the science and application of the theory, principles, data and methodology. Computer-aided Ergonomic design, with the development of computer technology, especially the rapid development of computer graphics, virtual reality and high-performance graphics system, is a efficient ways to solve the ergonomic in products Issues with CAD.Currently, particularly in China, there are many problems in Computer-Aided Ergonomics Design System, so the development of a multi-functional, high universality, and based the conditions of China's human-computer engineering analysis, evaluation and simulation system is exigent. This article studied relevant technologies to solving these questions.This paper main focused on the design of ergonomics evaluation system which can carry out on muscle-related evaluation, and found out a way to design this system. First of all papers summed up the current shortage of human-computer analysis system, and analyzed significance of muscle tissue in the human-computer analysis. Then introduced the bio-mechanical muscle function model (Muscle Function Model, in the text referred to as MFM) concept to virtual human, and calculated its muscle power of virtual human with simplified MFM. The conclusion of examples showed that, this method is effective and feasible, and also enriched the human-computer analysis function of the system.Then this paper described the basic function of the ergonomics system, and gave a overall design concept of human-computer evaluation system based on muscle function model. First, this paper described the features of virtual human in man-machine engineering analysis field, functions and systems purpose, then gave the system modules and systems Working methods, defined the various functional modules of the internal structure, overall system structure and the workflow, and the achieve way of these functional modules. This part focused on designing a ergonomics analysis system which considered conditions of China.After the overall design, this paper analyzed the core of human-computer analysis system based on MFM. The core included two parts: how to display the virtual human model and how to control virtual human movement, and discussed the design and implementation about these two parts . This part focused on designing a high universality virtual human model for ergonomics analysis.
