At present, the complexity and the utilization requirements of the aviation equipments are increasing severely, which increases the maintenance cost. Improving maintainability of aviation equipments is helpful to reduce the maintenance cost, so it is significant to make virtual assessment and verification of the maintainability of aviation equipments. The study on this paper researched virtual maintenance simulation method and ergonomics comprehensive evaluation method, and ergonomic assessment for virtual maintenance simulation which could be used to produce recommendation report on virtual maintenance in early stage of the design process. Researches on virtual maintenance evaluation and validation of spare parts of commercial aircraft engine have been double weighted.Firstly, the architecture of virtual maintenance system and prediction of virtual maintenance time have been studied. The virtual maintenance objects and simulation environment could be set up by adopting the method of MTM and JACK software to simulate the process of virtual maintenance tasks, however virtual maintenance time for maintenance task shall be predicted accurately, which will improve virtual simulation accuracy.Secondly, this paper studied ergonomic evaluation principle, and ergonomic assessment methods have been put forward that scopes form evaluating the static strength,energy exertion evaluation methods, rapid upper limb assessment method, analysis method of fatigue and recovery. And some aspects of virtual maintenance simulation tasks could be evaluated including draw visibility, accessibility, comfort(force) of human body joints,fatigue recovery time, obtain energy consumption evaluation report.Finally, studied the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, established the index system of civil aircraft maintainability, implement the comprehensive assessment of the civil aircraft maintainability evaluation. By combining JACK virtual assessment results with the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, comprehensive evaluation of actual maintainability of commercial products could be validated and published.
