With the advent of the era of economic globalization and customization,the demand of modern products and develop more and more complex,diversified,the traditional product design pattern in the man-machine analysis have been unable to meet the requirements of products humanized design.The computer aided design technology and the combination of ergonomics,products to achieve fast and efficient man-machine design,with important research significance.The thesis intends to combine the ergonomics and the technology of virtual design,put forward a kind of virtual product design method based on man-machine engineering,so that the design can effectively man-machine engineering design,analysis and test,so as to improve the design efficiency and quality of products,shorten the design cycle.The main research work done as follow:First,in the ergonomics design introduction of virtual design technology,analysis the characteristics of man-machine engineering and virtual design,and put forward the virtual product design based on ergonomics of thinking and methods.Second,created the Chinese anthropometric database needed by the human body model,to GB/T10000-88 based data,Create China anthropometric database on the CATIA platform.Then,on the basis of creating Chinese anthropometric database,gives the simulation analysis process based on virtual human body model products;and with CATIA as human body model building tool,construction to come forward to airline seat ergonomics simulation and analysis model of the human body.Finally,virtual design examples of airline seat with the above method,application of CATIA three-dimensional modeling technology,according to the requirement of human engineering design for modeling of virtual design;The establishment of three-dimensional model of aero seat static ergonomics simulation test,to verify the validity of the design method.
