Research On The Network Control System And Key Technology Of Automobile Body Coating Line

With the appearance of mixed model production mode, the traditional manufacturing control system is not adapted to the modern automobile industry manufacturing requirements. And enterprise information needs information sharing, collaboration, unified integration of information systems. This requires the internal control system of mutual communication and collaboration, all unified management system integration and so on. Thus, Open network control system for the automobile industry have great significance to upgrade the level of enterprise information.This paper introduces the topic sources, the background and purpose of significance on the automobile production modes change, Automobile production line control system of the status quo and development trend. Based on an investigation on the production line, the massive research on the systems control theory and the network system integrated method has been done.On the basis of the characteristics of automotive coating process, a network control system for automotive coating line has been designed. Researched on network architecture including information layer, equipment layer and control layer, Rockwell Series products were used to build the actual system.Based on the theory of hardware and software integration, coating network control system integration program was studied. OPC technology was used to achieve the multi-fieldbus control systems integration, the upper information network integration and integration with DCS.Finally, with the special requirement of SGMW coating workshop, the coating workshop AVI system was developed. The implementation result indicated that this system has very good integration, stability and openness of the structure.
