Means Of Transmission And Control Of Testing Information In The Fluid Machinery

Content of this issue is means of transmission and control of testing information current in the fluid machinery. Information current includes data current, video, audio. Data current is made up of data current between topper computer and lower computer and data current between topper computer and computer in center control chamber. Video information includes testing locale scale, testing process real time image. Audio information includes equipment running,voice instruction of controller , returning information of operator carrying out voice instruction. Data current between topper computer and lower computer is transmitted by serial interface communication, and data current between topper computer and lower computer is transmitted by network communication. Transmission and control of testing information current is based on comprehensive property , cavitation, calibration of pump comprehensive property testing. Transmission and control of testing information current can be used more comprehensively; this research is applied and using significance.Firstly, this issue introduces data communication between topper computer and lower computer by using MSComm widget. The mode with communication between topper computer and lower computer is RS-232 double work, topper computer transmit data unlimitedly.Secondly, it refers to data current between topper computer and computer in center control chamber. It comprises share document, long-distance desktop, PcAnyWhere software, winsock widget in VB based on Internet. According to actual situation, it analyzes the merit and demerit between these measures.Then this issue introduces the hardware of pump comprehensive property testing.On dealing with the testing data, use compound digital filter. Data can be seen in real time. Collected data are saved into excel document and text document, then fit curve by using least squares procedure.This software can not only content the quest of pump test, but also make data seen in real time. At the same time, it sets procedure of resolution factor in order to make cover handsome and clear.Finally, it bring forward betterment and expectation.
