As a new technology, the variable mass energy transformation and storage can indirectly complete energy transform and storage. It easily transforms the working fluid chemical potential into heating, cooling or dehumidifying energy that is necessary in HVAC to settle power lack in most areas. This paper focuses on the dehumidifying and water sprayed air-conditioning system using LiCl-H2O as working fluid, completes numerical simulation and analysis for using this technique, and simulates a typical building air-conditioning system with this model. According to the simulation results, it analyses system variation rules on performance parameters and each unit thermal load parameter.Firstly, the working theory of variable mass energy system is expounded. Dynamic models are built based on it. Numerical simulation methods are used to apply to a building using independent new wind system, which located in a high wet region in the south of china. With the storage of full quantity energy storage in the simulation, the system running parameters, compressor conditions parameters, the volume of the storage tin, and the load parameters of various thermal equipments under different working conditions are simulated. The results help to understand and grasp the energy transformation rules and running characters for dehumidifying and air-conditioning, and also provide basic data for designing, choosing, and controlling the equipments. The results can also give some useful about the economic analyzing evaluation. This paper mainly focuses on the application of mass energy conversation and storage technology used in the dehumidifying filed. The performance of the dehumidifier has significant influence on the characteristics of the whole system. Thus, a heat insulate model of the dehumidifier is built and used to analyze the performance of the dehumidifying process. With analyzing the dehumidifying process, a conclusion that the inlet temperature of solution must lower than the air at least 3℃is drew. The temperature of the solution is increased during the dehumidifying process by sucking the latent heat of the water, which brings on an increase of the partial pressure of the vapor. If the cooling water is designed in the dehumidifier, it will be useful to increase the dehumidifier's performance. Because of an important affection on the characteristics of the dehumidifying system, all heat exchangers in this system must be paid more considerations in designing process.
