Cost Control Of University Construction Projects

With the development of our university education,the construction of new campus of university is carried out across the whole country.In the process of infrastructure construction,the importance of investment control is obvious and it plays a significant role in investment controlling scale,improving the efficiency in using fund and ensuring the construction quality.The thesis focuses on investing control in university infrastructure projects,aiming to provide useful experience and theoretical support.This thesis holds the idea that the process of making decision should be based on principle of the best investing results of the whole life cycle,optimizing the investment programs on the merit-based program and estimating the investment referring to the similar projects.At the designing and bidding stage,it puts emphasis on limit designing to control investment and adopts a comprehensive analysis to avoid non-optimal efficiency caused by blind investment control.Combining with the related theory,the thesis designs the bidding system on the basis of analysis of transaction costs in the complex infrastructure projects of university.At the implementation stage,supervis(?)g organization should play a role in controlling investment.Ensuring the qual(?)ty of construction,it strengthens the management of increased investment led by the engineering changes,issuing visa,etc. and making rational use of project claims combined with follow-up audit of university infrastructure projects.In addition,it optimizes the investment based on unified management of files and cooperation.Associating with the real cases,the thesis analyzes the influence on investment control by taking measures in the different phrases of projects,which indicates all the measures can effectively improve the quality of the investment and have good effects.
