To being existing terms and reality for domestic transmission factory, it is the eager problem to be solved of every vehicle manufacturer that studying the key technology of dual clutch transmission system, and developing dual clutch transmission with independent intellectual property right. It have very important realistic meanings of the vehicle industry for our country to break monopolize of foreign technology and mast the key technology, to promote the development and technological progress of dual clutch transmission.To the control technology of clutch torque for dual clutch transmission, research and develop the foundation of establishing with dual clutch transmission for the vehicle, this paper has mainly carried on the following research work:1)The experiment data of engine has been analyzed, and has been established the static and dynamic model by interpolation and matching. Dual mass flywheel-radial spring (DMF-RS) type torsional vibration damper for dual clutch transmission system has been designed and analysed, the natural torsional vibration characteristics calculate model without damping of the system with DMF-RS type torsional damper and the clutch type torsional vibration damper are established, under 9 degree of freedom (DOF) during vehicle idle driving and 12 DOF during vehicle driving, and reduced effect of the vibration for dynamic powertrain system has been compared. Base on the diaphragm spring has been designed, the characteristic model of distortion-load for diaphragm spring has been obtained, and the dynamic model of dual clutch transmission powertrain system has been established at last.2)Based on the analysis of influence factors for torque accurate transfer by clutch of dual clutch transmission vehicle, the computational analysis model for clutch slip power and surface temperature risen of clutch platen had been established. The function of clutch plate's friction coefficient with relative slip speed between clutch driving and driven platen, and surface temperature risen of clutch platen has been derived, the model of accurate clutch torque transfer computational analysis for dual clutch transmission vehicle was built. Based on stepping motor and dynamic characteristic of clutch actuator have been analyzed, the model of clutch actuator and clutch transfer torque has been established. The simulation analysis of torque transfer characteristic during clutch driving and driven platen engaging was done under MatLab/Simulink environment.3)Based on the influence factor of the clutch engage speed of dual clutch transmission during vehicle launching, improving the vehicle launching quality as principle, throttle and throttle rate as the fuzzy controller input for two clutches engaging intensity and shifting during vehicle launching has been established, the rotational speed of clutch and the rate as the fuzzy controller input for the clutch engage speed has been designed. Taken Chang'an CV11 vehicle as an example and carried on simulation analysis.4)The estimation methods of best shift schedule based on fuzzy neural network had been advanced, structure and algorithm on the basis of the fuzzy neural network by Takagi-Sugeno mode was studied, the shift schedule model for automatic transmission vehicle based on fuzzy neural network with Takagi-Sugeno model has been established. Two parameters for fuzzy logic rules and membership functions of the shift schedule according to the skilled driver's experience and expert's knowledge had been made, membership functions and fuzzy logic rules was modified through train mechanism of artificial neural network based on experiment sample, the engine of fuzzy-BangBang control model had been established through utilized the real speed of vehicle minus goal speed and the ratio. Shift schedule based on fuzzy neural network for automatic transmission vehicle had been simulated.5)Dual clutch transmission realized motive force shifting, through one clutch separated while another clutch engaged. Based on analyzing influence factor of shifting quality for dual clutch transmission vehicle, two clutches separation and engaging fuzzy controller had been designed, and output of clutches separation and engaging speed of the fuzzy controller were quantized under utilized change with shift transmission ratio. The simulation analysis of dual clutch transmission vehicle during shifting process was done under MatLab/Simulink environment.
