Research On The Urban Space Shape Evolution Of Kunming

The urban shape is the comprehensive result which is affected mutually by human activity and the natural environment factor in the specific geographical environment and in certain social economy development phase, it is the synthesis attribute about the city society, city economy and city culture, then we can grasp the essence of urban development from the attribute.This thesis uses the background study—theoretical study—methods and empirical study system, then mainly explain the author's views from three parts.The first part—proposes the question (background study)The thesis elaborates the question proposed the background, introduces the research on the value and the significance, then the thesis proposes the research content as well as the research method system, establishes the frame of research.The second part—debates the question (theoretical study)The thesis carries on the reorganization from the urban space shape law of development, the development phase, the evolution pattern and so on the correlation theories, and provides the rationale for the urban space shape evolution. Then the thesis analysis the example which evolves to the domestic and foreign urban space shape, as well as it summarizes experience from the example.The third part—question solution (methods and empirical study)From the Kunming city proper and the different region space scope, the thesis analysis the process which Kunming urban space shape evolved in different historical period, discusses its intrinsic mechanism; Further the thesis studies the urban planning the function which evolves to the urban space shape, and reconsiders lesson; Through analyzes the actual condition and the strategic opportunity of Kunming city , the thesis use the GIS technology to seek space which can be perfect for urban development; At the same time, the thesis use the economical and the transportation relation intensity quantitative analysis method to determine the spatial development direction of Kunming in the future, and it proposes the spatial development direction is the southeast and northeast. Then from the whole region the thesis explore the pattern—"the axial and multi-centers"which adapt to natural environment ,the historical culture and the social economy development of Kunming, then from the highly strategy the thesis advance the spatial shape structure of Kunming, which guide the city sustainable development. Finally it proposes the measure and strategy which can be ensure the urban space development pattern.This thesis is one of preliminary special studies which is the comprehensive planning of Kunming city, it studies conclusion which reveal the mechanism and the correct assurance of Kunming city space shape in the future, as well as it will be took as the important basis and the reference direction which is the spatial development and the construction layout of Kunming city.
