Study On The Spatial Change And Trend Of Zhejiang Huangyan From The Perspective Of The Production Of Space

In recent years,there has been increasing research using " the production of space" theory to discuss urban spatial changes.However,empirical research on "market-oriented" small and medium-sized cities from the perspective of spatial production is inadequate.As a typical sample of urbanization in China,research on this type of city has great significance.Based on grasping the core points of " the production of space " theory and its application research,combined with the systematic summary of multidisciplinary space change related research,it is considered that the application of the production of space theory is in line with the dual-dimensional driving status of urban space practice in China and cognize the dynamic mechanism systemly as well.On this basis,an urban spatial change analysis framework is constructed.This paper summarizes the "three-stage" urban spatial change characteristics,and sorts out the spatial production logic of the two major elements of capital and rights.Finally a feasible path to predict the spatial development trend,which based on the right capital element,and the response stratege focusing on the elements of power are build.Under the guidance of the above theoretical framework,the research is carried out with Huangyan,Zhejiang as an empirical object.The process of urban spatial change in Huangyan basically conforms to the "three-stage"presupposition.Besides,there is a difference between the "parallel" phenomenon of spatial production and the"sequential" theory.According to the status of rights capital since 20 1 7,it is predicted that the space development of Huangyan will be dominated by the growth of land for public service facilities and the growth of innovation space.Aferwards,this paper proposes countermeasures such as establishing special policy areas,planning guidance,government funding subsidies and PPP models,to promote High-quality space development.
