The new-style three-disk-cycloid-driving were designed on the basis of the precise force analysis and optimizaion design of the parameters; experimental verification of BA4559.Based on the existing theoretical research ,BA45-59 conventional type three-disk-cycloid-reducer was designed and its main parameters were determined. Its main parameters included center distance a, curtate ratio k1,gear pin radius rrp, center radius of pin holes Rw ,pin radius rsw, roller radius rrw,at the same time planet carrier was selected, the modification of equidistance △rrp and modification of moved distance △rp were optimized.Based on the conventional cycloid gear force analysis, a force analysis theory which can apply to new-style three-disk-cycloid-driving was produced and an accurate force analysis mathematics model of the new-style drive was established. The CAD software of force analysis which calculated the force of gear pin and cycloidal gears, the force of pin and cycloidal gears, the force of arm and cycloidal gears was programmed .The new-style three-disk-cycloid-driving were designed and three-dimensional model of sample was established with the Pro/Engineer software. And then assembly drawing and part drawing were portrayedIn accordance with technology datum offered by us, cooperation factory produced sample. In order to prove the velidity of theory, the experiment of trial product is conducted. The experimentation include measurement of the increase of temperature, noise, vibration and efficiency . It showed that the drive efficiency of trial product exceeded 75 % domestic excellent sample and achieved 80% transfer efficiency of Japanese FA drive sample.
