Research On Resource Management Method Of Workshop's Manufacturing Processes Informatization And Application System Development

The workshop's manufacturing process informatization is important tendency of current manufacturing industry informationization technology to basic unit development. The workshop resource management in the workshop's manufacturing process informatization system takes the business management the important component. Highly effective workshop resource management is very important to raises enterprise's resources use efficiency and reduces the production cost.At first, has analyzed the workshop resources constitution, Divides the workshop resources for three parts witch contain object and energy resources, the information resource and other resources. Had analyzed each kind of resources'composition. Discussed between the resources and the production relations as well as each kind of resources in production process function.Then, has conducted the research to the workshop resource management key technologies,proposed a kind of two phase logic manufacture unit reorganization method. The first stage restrains in the craft similar matrix's foundation according to the equipment resources to the processing duty carries on the grouping, and divides the logical manufacture unit in the grouping foundation; the second stage basis task priority and the equipment resources working capacity value, the concrete equipment resources designation will give the corresponding logical manufacture unit, thus realizes the workshop logic manufacture unit reorganization. Also has designed one duty actuation tool ability distinction method, according to tool's demand and stock contrast, through hypothesis valueλ, to judgment if the capacities of tools are enough, whether namely does the reserve meet the workshop production needed.Finally, using the method mentioned above and combined with the NC workshops'characteristic of ChongQing CAFF and the demand of resource management in workshop, developed workshop resource management subsystem in the workshop's manufacturing process informatization system. This paper develops a workshop resource management prototype system through analyzing the function model and information model of the system and using such as the J2EE technologies and so on. The system realizes some important functions such as the basic data management of workshop resource, the assignment management basing the logic cells, equipment management, tool management, information terminal business management and so on. As a part of the workshop manufacturing information system, the prototype system has been applied in the experimental company and acquired good applied effect.
