Aim at the burning and power generation problem of coal recrement in Panzhihua, the paper analyzed the research situation of coal recrement use home and abroad, the situation of the burning and power generation and integrated utilization of coal recrement. It also studied the Physical and chemical properties of coal recrement in Panzhihua, and analyzed the development potential of the integrated utilization of coal recrement in power station. On this basis, it designs the Panmei 2×135MW CFB Unit, and studied the combustion characteristics of this CFB boiler unit. It also makes the quantitative analysis towards the environmental pollution of coal recrement power generation and the waste of energy. In the end , it brings forward the policy and recommendations of the integrated utilization of coal recrement in power station. This research has important practical significance. It just performances in the use of coal recrement burning and power generation in Panzhihua and integrated utilization of coal recrement, the reducing of solid pollutants emissions, environmental protection, and realizing sustainable economic development. It is conspicuous in Economic benefits, environmental benefits, and society benefits.The important conclusion and major product in this article are mainly as following:Firstly, the effective approach on increasing the CFB boiler combusting efficiency is reducing the combustable content of fly ash. The combustable content of bottom slag can be reduced by controlling the coal granularity and controlling the continuously discharging slag from bottom ash cooler.Secondly, the temperature profile along the furnace height under one condition is basically consistent with others within the 7 conditions of the design coal rank. The temperature profile will fluctuate because the water cooling heat surface is arranged unevenly.Thirdly, along with the bed temperature increasing, the SO2 emission starts to increase after reducing.Fourthly,the experiment indicates, NOx emission concentration is lower when the pressure is higher in the middle section of the furnace. Therefore, reasonably choosing the Ca/S, resonably designing the ration between the first air and the secondary air and resonably designing the secondary air nozzle position can reduce the NOx emission concentration. Fifthly, the wear of back-end surfaces are slighter in this CFB boiler than pulverized coal boilers, the blow ash frequence is also lower than pulverized coal boilers.
