Piezoelectric synthetic jet actuator (PSJA) is a low power consumed, highly compact micro-fluidic device that has potential application in boundary layer flow control. To realize the adaptive control of micro-flow, this actuator must be driven by a kind of signal with high voltage, low current, adjustable frequency and less harmony waves. The fundamental inverter can not be used to drive the PSJA directly. This is why the paper has proposed, researched and equipped a kind of driving power to drive PSJA。This paper mainly presents a driving system with digital controlled by DSP TMS320F2812. The driving signal source described in the paper is capable of providing a stable AC power source with variable voltage and variable frequency over a wide range. It can provide an accurate VVVF AC power source by combinative adjusting with DC-DC, DC-AC, Filter circuit and output voltage PI controller. The driving signal source can provide variable voltage from 12V to 200V, and variable frequency from 20Hz to 5000Hz。For the special application background and driving object, the DC-DC circuit adopts half-bridge converter, controlled by DSP. The DC-DC's reference signal Vr ef is given based on the need of PSJA. The DC-AC circuit adopts full-bridge inverter, In order to modulate the inverter, a synthetic modulating method to dispel harmony waves is proposed. That is, if the output frequency of basic wave is lower than 1KHz, SPWM is used, while the output frequency of basic wave is higher than 1KHz, the SHE-PWM is used. To get the veracious signal to drive the PSJA, the output voltage PI controller based on DSP is used to control the whole system. In this paper, a holistic design proposal is presented at first. The design of hardware circuit is introduced, include DC-DC main circuit, DC-AC main circuit, the system's sample circuit and so on. Then, this paper detailed presents operating principles of DC-DC converter and DC-AC inverter and gives all the detail parameters of the system. Next, the software design and flow chart are presented. Finally the experimental implementation demonstrates that using this driving controller system can replace traditional disctrete-driving system efficiently, to the purpose of minimized and integrated.
