| With the development of the advanced air force equipment in China,the conservative and outdated maintenance theory has been no longer suitable for the new type of maintenance and support system for military aircraft. Military aircraft needs to establish, maintain and recover fighting capacity under high intensity local war conditions to ensure the mission reliability and operational readiness,which need a kind of maintenance thought that is safety, availability and adaptable. The new maintenance ideas would be able to enhance the equipment maintenance and support performance, make the system of military aircraft maintenance work become more scientific, economic, simple, effective, safe and reliable. It would not only save manpower and material resources, but also reduce cost, meanwhile, the combat effectiveness of the air force will be improved.The current international advanced systems for aircraft maintenance theory was analyzed in this paper. The status of compiling of our military aircraft maintenance is introduced through studying of the relevant standards. The existing problems are pointed out in the formulate standards of current military aircraft maintenance program, and the direction for further improvement is given. Based on MSG-3, the improvement method of military aircraft maintenance program was explored. Three mathematical models were established, which were the improved vector model, the two level network model of innovation, and the integrated gray fuzzy decision-making model.The applicability of different improved gray prediction models used on the failure rate prediction of military aircraft was analyzed, the evaluation criteria of applicability was given and a mufti-objective weighted gray model was designed. Military aircraft group maintenance model considering maintenance level was established,which based on civil aircraft group maintenance model.Finally,a prominent military aircraft availability and reliability-usability comprehensive evaluation index system was established.The research carried out from four aspects which are qualitative analysis ofmaintenance program, quantitative analysis of maintenance task, maintenance interval quantitative analysis and maintenance decision optimization method explore the theory method of military aircraft maintenance program. |
