With the development of national economy and highway traffic, more and more large-scale vehicles are used in the carrier vehicle in our country, At the same time, overrunning and overloading phenomenon of vehicles are very serious, causing road fatigue, rutting, and other early damages thus reduce the lifespan and service level of the road. Aiming at solving this problem, considering the project reality of Tianjin seashore avenue under heavy-duty condition, after investigating the traffic volume axle load , the analysis of axle load spectrum, the load scheme of bituminous pavement as well as the analysis of axle conversion,This paper proposes the heavy-duty characteristic guideline of ultra limiting rate, analyzes the sensitive influence rule of the pavement structure caused by different structure parameter as well as provides certain guidance opinion for the pavement structure unitized design;And calculates the lifespan of pavement structure under biggest load influence in order to analyze the influence on the bituminous pavement durability that caused by overweight vehicle; Finally this paper recommends the suitable type of pavement structure, which is based on mechanics response analysis of pavement structure that commonly used in Tianjin.
