Study On Culture Theory Of Passenger Station

Along with economical globalization and social informationization being accelerated, competition among enterprises increasingly reflected in cultural competition, so culture plays a vital role on the survival and development of enterprises,which says regarding the passenger station is not exceptional.Culture of passenger station is an important part of modern traffic culture, and reflects human civilization and social progress. It symbolizes the civilized degree of the passenger station, and is also the fundamental guarantee to achieve social and economic benefits, which affects the operation and the development of passenger station. However, at present, China's research on cultural theory of passenger station is still falling behind, therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to strengthen the research. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the cultural construction of all passenger station through systematic research.On the basis of enterprise culture and traffic culture, and combining industry attributes, the article gives a definition to culture of passenger station as:it is the epitome of social culture, and is the summation of value concept, systems, hylic civilization,behavior standards. It embodies the traffic cultural charm. From the outside it highlights the passenger station's personality and mental outlook, which can influence social awareness and restrain on public behaviour. From the inside it forms a cultural power,which can inspire staffs'enthusiasm and creativity.At the same time, from four levels established the cultural system,which including spirit concept, hylic civilization, organizational structure and behavioural standard.In the course of the study, in view of the current problems during the process of building about culture of passenger station in China, put forth the idea of building on culture of passenger station. At the same time, the theory union reality,take the Handan station's cultural construction as an example, summed up the advanced experience on cultural construction,which can be used for the other station's reference.
