| Being more and more serious along with the energy problems and the environment problems, the motive method of the existing vehicle used can't satisfy the demand of the social development in the future .For this, the development of EV gotten an extensive concern, various types of EV is also being in the research and the development.The purpose of this research is to accumulated electric bus techniques.This research mainly carried on a total design to the electric passenger car, the works are as follow:I analyzed the merit and shortcoming of some electric motors, and choosed the permanence magnet DC motor to be the motive source;analyzed the motive of the electric passenger car, examine the performance of the electric motor;introduced the function characteristics of some storage batteries, and choosed the Lead-acid storage battery to be the energy source;study the control strategy of the electric motor, and choose the LPC2119 to be main controller, and constituted the PWM transformation electric circuit by the IGBT, designed the control system of the electric motor and flow of software work;put forward total structure of the storage battery management system and each parts of functions, and carried on a design and research to each part;analyzed SOC influenceing factors, introduced some in common used calculational methods, has designed this research SOC calculational method take the Peukert-Anne hour law as the foundation, designed a calculational process in the meantime, and analyzed the influence of the temperature, local action ,aging etc.;designed the structure and the control of the regenerative braking system; discussed electric motor and transmission to equip of constitute and the decoration project, designed the decoration position of the storage battery set and install structure, in the meantime first step to design a refit project of the gun, the brake system,electricity conjunction,the electric motor cooling system to carry on. |
