The design year of a passenger station is about the 10th year of it's running , which passed most stations. with the increasing number of passenger and the expansion of cities , these stations'running have exceeded the original design plan. particularly the lack of the parking stall induces that buses can not park in time, has an effect on traffic around the station and stunts the bus station's development.The first method is that the bus station will be rebuilt at the same position or elsewhere , which needs to invest a lot of money and spend a lot of time . the problem can not be resolved quickly. Moreover, the rebuilding at the same position has been limited by the surroundings of the old passenger transport station. the station's normal transportation will be influenced during the time of the bus station's extension. The migration destroy the road passenger transportation market, particularly which breaks"zero to transfer",is inconvenient for passengers and brings more tremendous pressure to the city traffic network.This article introduce the memory management method to the lack of memory, which solves the scarcity of the parking area in passenger transport station by many bus station , Virtual Private Network and RFID. This method optimize the parking area in different places and reduces time of coaches parking in the town center. moreover, it cushion the traffic jam in the center area ,which enhances the center bus station capacity.
