The migration destroy the road passenger transportation market, particularly which breaks"zero to transfer",is inconvenient for passengers and brings more tremendous pressure to the city traffic network.This article introduce the memory management method to the lack of memory, which solves the scarcity of the parking area in passenger transport station by many bus station , Virtual Private Network and RFID. This method optimize the parking area in different places and reduces time of coaches parking in the town center. moreover, it cushion the traffic jam in the center area ,which enhances the center bus station capacity.
