The issue is about the project in cooperation with the Technical University of Denmark, undertaking a study into the current problems of the large-scale industrial air-conditioning systems As a result, a new type of air-conditioning system, called solid desiccant assisted heat pump hybrid and new air-conditioning system is finally developed. The most important part of the research is the high-temperature heat pump technology.There are some difference between the newly developed rotary wheel heat pump system and the traditional air conditioning system which combines the rotary wheel and the steam compressed air conditioning system. Mainly the difference is as follows. In the old air conditioning system, the heat given in the sensible heat exchangers are equivalent with that given in the condenser, all of which is about 50 degrees. The temperature is not high enough for the regeneration of the rotary wheel, so extra heaters are needed to raise the temperature. According to the analyze of the heat and energy consumption for regeneration, we can directly use the heat pump to produce heat and heat pump system combined with the rotary wheel desiccant As a result, the temperature of the outdoor air will be raised by the condenser of the heat pump, which can provide proper temperature for the regeneration of the rotary wheel, and the indoor air can also be cooled down by the evaporator. In order to reach the goal, some promotion must be made about the heat pump system.Some models about the components and the whole device of the heat pump are made in order to find more efficiency and simpler methods to promote the high-temperature heat pump system. To treat the compressor, we use focus parameter,while division focus parameter are used to deal with the heat exchangers. The algorithm about the device is to calculate the effectiveness of the system in the conditions of fixed parameter of the compressor, the condenser, the evaporator and the capillary. The result is compared with the result of the experiments. If the difference is below 10 percent, the parameters are considered correct.During the research, an experiment rig of the sub heat pump system is designed. Because the main goal of the experiment is to raise the temperature of the indoor ventilation to fit with the required temperature of the air for the rotary wheel desiccant, so we select proper media-temperature and high-temperature cold-producing medium, make some promotion about the capillary, and control the input air to make some comparison under different working conditions. After being analyzed, the parameters collected in the experiment shows that the research successfully raised the leaving air temp of the indoor side by about 60 degrees that is prospected and the highest temp is 79.09 degree.
