Drying plant production has a wide use in people's life,heat pump technology application in drying process can not only effectively reduce the power consumption, but also improve the drying quality and efficiency.According to the heat pump main problems of drying technology, take the unit train air conditioning with dry as an example, the heat cycle parameters reasonable design on the basis of dry, combined with the back of thermal technology before and after the quantity of heat of air through the evaporator, comprehensive utilization on the integral design of the pump drying system. For the integral design of the pump drying system, confirm the structure of heat drying system and have a calculation of the various components. According to the special structure of dried thing,drying room is designed as a closed maintenance structure with auto-rolling-shutter door. In order to make the object surface water evaporate as soon as possible, we must ensure that the cross section wind velocity of the dried thing above 5 m/s . Therefore, istalled the negative pressure fan for Surface drying and jet fan for point drying. As there are some differerces between the design conditions and reality that can't guarantee the dry room become adiabatic conditions,so add electric heater of 15kw as auxiliary heater,especially the low temperature in winter may have some impact on the drying effect.According to the experiment, on the one hand, the results show that the heat pump drying system to dry the cleaned unit train air-conditioning has a good drying effect, it is a feasible way to dry. In addition, comparing the vacuum drying with heat pump drying , it is recommendable as a drying method, because compared to the vacuum drying, the heat pump drying can decreased the energy's consumption enormously, and has better economy benefits.
