Synthesis Comparing Research Of Depot Layout Project Of Beijing Metro Line 4

With the development of economy, in order to tackle the terrible traffic situation of the metropolitans, recently, the constructions of urban rail transport are accelerated significantly. The layout scheme of depot, which is a crucial part in city rail traffic system, could affect the process, construction and operating costs of depot.In this paper, first of all, some layout schemes of foreign depots are introduced and the comparison of them are carried out; secondly, the elements that could influence layout scheme are analyzed in detail; and then, taking BJ Metro Line4 project as a example, the character and the function of depot are defined. Afterward, basing on the basic information, maintenance procedures is chose, process and scale are decided, after this, Optimization analysis of depot layout scheme is done. Project management theory and operations research theory are also borrowed to establish one evaluation system for optimization analysis of depot layout scheme. AHP, rather than the methods only depend on operating and design experience, is used in the process of optimization analysis, therefore the subjectivity is avoided. In this way, the qualitative evaluation of depot layout scheme is transformed into quantitative evaluation, and a new means is provided for the UMT depot layout scheme optimization creatively, which has definite theoretical value. At the same time, this new means also has guidance and reference value to deopt design.
