With the rapid development of rail transit, there are more and more metro depot on account of daily maintenance and overhaul. As we all know, the depot area is huge. How to make full use of the upper space is an important subject in the development of rail transit, the common practice now is to achieve the upper space for a commercial exploitation, such as residential construction and commercial construction, etc. The resulting problem is that the train's vibration propagate upward, causing revibration and noise of the upper structure, the revibration and noise interfere upper building residents' daily life seriously. Therefore, reduction of the upper buildings' vibration is an inevitable problem. The main tasks of this paper are as follows:(1)Briefly reviewed and summarized the subject's development, points the blank research field out:the current reduction measures are mainly emphasized on the train's line.Research on the building measures is quite rare, this paper put forward a new reduction measures-set vertical damping shock absorbers in grider transfer floor.(2)Briefly reviewed and summarized relatived engineering norms, making the paper's evaluation method and correlated limit value established.(3)Obtain the key parameters of the shock absorber through various mechanical test including stiffness and damping ratio, verify the performance reliability after 5million times fatigue test, failure load(4)Baseing on a typical metro depot in JiangSu province and getting three groups vibration-time curve by on-site measurements, establishing three-dimensional model with finite element software to analyze upper strcuture's vibration response.Analyzing upper strcuture's vibration response again after setting vertical damping shock absorbers in grider transfer floor.Comparing the results and evaluating the new measure's effects with relatived engineering norms.(5)Using finite element software to analyze upper strcuture's shear force, interstory drift and verify whether the seismic performancet could satisfy the engineering requirements.
