BA System Applied On Elevators Monitoring

BA which is abbreviation of Building Automatic monitor system high frequency at construction projects of buildings and major government. BA system equipment with network brainpower controller is used for real-time centralized monitoring and managing public fixtures (power\illumination\drainage\elevator etc.) on buildings. Centre computer could timely gives alarm signals and points out the fixture name and position for workers of building management dept. checking and solving problems when there's building public fixture goes wrong, meanwhile, this system could remote control turning on and off of different power boxes and switches, including public and floors illumination.System design instruction: elevators could be real-time monitored by centre monitoring system. BA system could monitor parameters below: elevators running status (up or down), elevators fault alarm, floor display status, fire alarm status which are all could be as graphs displayed on computer, convenient for monitoring.This thesis focuses on research of communication between BA monitoring system and elevators. Each elevator collects signals of running status by one NK8RT—BA long-distance gather controlling cell, the cell transfers relative information which will be displayed after software analysis to monitoring platform via various path collector. It shows that technological development push us change our building equipments management method again. In general suppose, the renovation will keep a long time and very fast developing. Herein, we focus on discussing and analyzing modern BA system monitor mode.OTIS got contract with Shenzhen metro company at Nov.2006, the contract includes supplying and installation of 40 units elevators and 58 units escalators from Shi jie zhi chuang station to Bao'an Jichang station. Communication between OTIS elevators/escalators and BAS is the keystone requirement of this contract, relative experiments separately completed at Tianjin OTIS test tower and Guangzhou OTIS factory show veracity and dependability of BAS applied on elevators.
