Software Design For Construction Elevator Monitoring System

In recent years, the construction of urbanization in our country has been developing continuously, and the construction elevator which is a necessary equipment for the construction industry has been widely used. However, because of the construction elevator's structure and working environment, the elevator safety accidents occur occasionally. It should arouse enough attention in the construction industry and regulatory authorities. In this end, a construction elevator monitoring system based on ARM is designed, which can monitor the risk of accidents during the operation of the elevator.This paper mainly designs the software of the monitoring system of the construction elevator, according to the design requirement, the software design scheme of monitoring system for construction elevator is given. This paper mainly focuses on the design of the main control system, basic sensor, serial data processing, keyboard input, identity authentication, running parameter record, display out, elevator operation control, data upload, parameter setting, USB file transfer and alarm program modules. By processing the parameters such as the load of the elevator, the number of people in the cage, the height and the inclination angle, the risk of the elevator accident can be monitored. When the system detects an accident risk, the elevator operation control signal is generated and the power supply of the corresponding motor is cut off to ensure the safe operation of elevator. At the same time, the system sends alarm information to the operator, uploads illegal operation information to the server and records it in the SD card. This paper also designs the graphic interface program of work and parameter setting to achieve the display of elevator running parameters, the parameter setting of monitoring system, the parameter setting of worker's number detection module and other functions.After the actual test, the results show that the construction elevator monitoring system is stable and reliable. The system has reached the design requirements and is acceptable for the user.
