The system takes AT89C52 and AT89C51 as double CPU to collect data and feedback control. Uses MSM7512B of Japan OKI company connect with standard Modem. Adopts international standard protocol ITU-T V.23 to communicate. Utilizes PSTN by way of transmit channel. Central manage computer takes charge of administer data. The remote monitor and control system can watch, telephone and register elevator status. It will put in practice urgent measure in crisis. By means of bottom exploder of Micro-controller, it both assures the quality of running and reduces the cost, increase the economical benefit.The first part of the thesis describes the design and realizes scheme of the scheme of the systematic hardware.
