| With the development at full speed of dwelling construction of our country, the community commercial architecture will appear in the inhabited region built more and more, become the indispensable related construction project of community and the important places for the daily shopping of residents. However, some problems exist in the development process of the community commercial architecture, such as: the address arrangements are not so ideal, the rational analysis of construction scale is not so enough, thus the commercial resources cannot be optimally allocated, which leads to the low efficiency of investment and waste of social resources; the function arrangements are not so good, which makes the shopping environment non-ideal and greatly affects the community environment and city landscape. The rational arrangement and construction of the community commercial architecture has become a realistic and urgent problem to the planner and designers.This thesis takes the community commercial architecture in Changsha as it's main surveying object. Based on the investigation of living examples and summarization of relative studies, the thesis probes into the issue and try to find some solution about design principles and methods.The whole work consists of six chapters, the first part discuss the research purpose,significance, relevant studies, both domestic and abroad; The second part is the introduction of relevant concepts and development, and it puts forward the problems exist in the community commercial architecture in our country; The third part analyzes classification,need and arrangement of community commerce types, based on the survey and case study in Changsha; The fourth part analyzes the planning and total arrangement, discusses the relevant reasons which influence the construction scale of community commercial building; The fifth part is the concrete analysis about design principles, discuss the combination relation with residence and design methods; The sixth part analyze the characteristic of construction and management as one kind of commercial real estate. |
