With the suburbanization of cities and the construction of large residential areas,higher and higher requirements are placed on commercial buildings.However,the construction costs of HOPSCA are high and a large number of developers who are not capable of operating HOPSCA.While the smaller shopping mall is located in the regional center,which cannot serve the suburban area.When traditional department stores and shopping centers began to face the impact of e-commerce,solving the problem of the "last one kilometer" of centralized community commerce is considered to be the future commerce of the new Blue Ocean.In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the development of urban community commerce,and cities as well as developers have responded positively to the government's call for the gradual construction of centralized community commerce.However,because of the late start of our community business compared with other countries,centralized community commerce as a new commerce form,The domestic research on its architectural design method,development and operation mode is not mature enough,designers neglected the concerns and demand of consumers,operators and developers in the use of centralized community commerce,which led to the unreasonable layout and spatial scale design,and the mismatch between construction use and multi-party demand.How to make the centralized community commerce not only to meet the needs of the modern city,but also to interact with users,and to avoid the unreasonable design and the mismatch between the use and demand,has become an urgent problem to be studied and solved in the centralized community commerce design process.Therefore,based on the problem-oriented three aspects: the overall layout,the traffic space and the shop space,this paper studies the layout and spatial scale design of the centralized community commerce.This article first investigates some centralized community commerce,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and classifies them.Then,based on this,the centralized community commerce is divided into two parts: the community commerce center and the centralized community commercial street,and their layout and spatial scale design are analyzed from the overall layout,traffic space,and shop space.Finally,the principles,strategies and reference ranges of scale design are put forward.In the section of community commerce center,this paper puts forward the general layout,the principles and strategies of the external traffic organization,studies the layout of traffic space and the method of scale design,and then analyzes the function combination of the shop space and the division strategy of various shops.In the section of centralized community commercial street,this article discusses the main points of the overall layout and the organization plan of the traffic flow.At the same time,it puts forward the construction strategy of the humanistic dimension of the street space.Finally,it studies the scale and layout of the commercial street shop space,and puts forward the method and the judgment principle of the shear wall structure transfer.The purpose is to provide some references for future development of centralized community commerce.
