A Study On The Evaluation System Of Urban Green Space System Planning

Urban green space system originates from industrial revolution, turning out with urban environment problems and the pain which human beings feel due to being isolated from nature. Urban green space and their corresponding system are the main platform on which urban residents can contact with nature. Because of their various functions, they are playing a more and more important role in urban construction. Therefore, the work of urban green space system planning has been emphasized unprecedentedly, and related laws and reglations have appeared succesicely.However, urban green space system planning can't be seperated from the evaluation of the system's planning, that is, the evaluation can't be seperated from the study on the evaluation itself in order to establish the evaluation System. This is the practical meaning of the study.This paper applies comprehensive studying methods, this is,"introduced by a problem to set a goal, to collect materials, to work out the problem gradually."Firstiy it easured the concepts of urban green space, urban green space system and urban green space system planning;And it expounded the evaluation of urban green space system planning and the concepts and contents of the evaluation system and evaluation criterion;And it arranged various aspects of urban green space system which contain the functions, planning theories,structions and elements of constuction,layout principles and patterns,planning contents and criterions as well as development trends.Then,it analyzed the present situations of the evaluation system,and pointed out the main problems.It identified the thought of using function as an approach and uniforming evaluation contents,criterions,approaches and hierarchy standards.It cleared the main issues that need to be resolved in the evaluation system,and based on these.The thesis ensured 16 evaluation indicators and hierarchy standards of evaluation criterions, approaches,results from three aspects that contain integrations,structions,elements of urban green space system by integrating national present conditions studying.Finally,the thesis evaluation and analyzed the urban green space system planning of Yiyang by integrating the case and drawing on the evaluation system,and gave out the evaluation results as well as pointed out the best suggestions of the scheme of urban green space system planning.The thesis comprehensive studied and constructed the evaluation system for the main problems of the evaluation of urban green space system planning at present,and it will figure practical guidance significance.
